I just did a random post on Blink-182's Bassist and what he was going through over this summer and how the numbers just appeared the same with Gabby Petito and random coincidence but I am sitting here jamming out to What's My Age Again and it dawned on me.
Brian is 23 years old (Brian is currently an Enemy of the State, or at the very least, socially put), and the album of "What's My Age Again?" by Blink-182, a song that specifically talks about being 23, is from *Enema of the State. The Album Cover features a Nurse with a Butterfly tattoo on her arm and of course the band name Blink-182... emphasis on the 182.

Gabby was 22 years old and "Murder" = 83 & 79 in two of the four base ciphers, math tells us 83 is the 23rd prime number... 79 is the 22nd prime number.
