2023-01-24 18:01:10 +0000 UTCI think it can be a red flag, and something to consider not taking, like you said media and narrative had Bills to not only win but to win the SB as well and they got dropped pretty easily by Bengals. Now Bengals have the hype train on their back and with the Mahomes injury it just seems too easy for Bengals right now to the point they are now favored on the road heading into Kansas. It's something to think about, its not always an auto fade against hype but you have to be careful with it because joe public tends to ride hype trains as well and joe public gets burned more often than not. If that makes sense

With that in mind, I believed the narrative was pro-Bills on the prior game. Media and the narrative seemed to overshadow the Bengal's numbers, in my opinion. Is this something to consider going forward regarding "hype". Although, the numbers and "the story" favor a certain team.
