The musket in the mouth of the young soldier at the resupply base was genuinely shocking - especially given how happy and calm he seemed. Eren lost leg to a random Titan who leaped up at him as he sped through Trost, then he lost his arm when the bearded Titan swallowed him. There was a lot of self loathing and survivors guilt this episode, much of it undeserved in my opinion. I get why you are so hesitant with your guesses about the Abnormal that killed the other Titan but really, ALL the Titans are very freaking weird. The thoughts you are having match what most of us were thinking when we first saw this episode.Time will tell, I guess!
