Puerto Rico can become 35-39 for a record as a team with a win and both "Thirty Five" and "Thirty Nine" = are identical in all four base ciphers.

-USA-  These two played an extremely close game earlier in July and now USA is favored by 29 points, I don't think I see USA losing but winning by 30+ points, maybe not. But at the same time, the spread could be fools gold too, because again, when these two played each other, USA won by 1 point, now favored by 29, maybe they want bettors to jump all over the +29 points for South Sudan knowing how close their games have been and maybe USA wins by 40.
