Does your brain ever resist a big complicated task? It can be hard to start when you're at the beginning of something new.
Sometimes this train of thought helps me get from the struggle to start and more into my "what now, what next" even if those first steps are very very very small.
Don't forget to congratulate yourself for summiting those smaller peaks. This is my reminder that I don't have to see clear to the top from where I am. It's okay to start small.
