Patrons Only Comic: The multitudes

BEHOLD one of my many contradictions. If it's morning, I am so capable of making healthy measured choices. My appetite isn't great in the am so it's easy to decide with my rational mind what food makes sense and calmly prepare it.
JUMP CUT to night time Snack Shark who will literally tear into a package of oreos and decimate the entire thing in one sitting BECAUSE NIGHTTIME NOMS.
Food choices can be complex for many of us, and I hope that whatever relationship you have with food that it's one that serves you. I for one am happy to swing like a wild pendulum between Morning Monastic and Sleepy Snack Shark.

morning low appetite is something i TOTALLY get. the smoothie was a decent solution for me - yogurt and granola bars is so smart!

2023-05-15 16:50:34 +0000 UTCNever been a big breakfast person. It was one bad habit I had to break because I have morning meds now. My bf wakes up hungry and needs a breakfast to focus. I usually fasted til noon. Not really consciously just Id get up and feel like I wasn't processing til being up a few hours. Which wasn't actually helpful but I felt like I never really woke up hungry and I needed to be awake for a few hours for the hunger to kick in. Felt like leftovers from my school days (and probably while I struggled with focus) but Id get up and need to get running for the bus, there just wasnt time. Also as a kid I had no control over the groceries, my options were toast or cereal. Now I can buy yogurts/granola bars and have something small and quick!

Am thinking of creating a comic version of myself sometime too, could be a fun thing to try. I promise I'm not a white cat in real life. That drawing I did for my current profile pic is pretty misleading!πΈ
