It is a strange thing as a creative to think about productivity. I do a lot of things to try to keep my little ecosystem as happy and healthy as possible so that I can put as much creative, joyful energy into the world.
The support you all offer as Patrons is a HUGE part of that wellbeing. For all my to do lists and all my tasks and all my equal parts hard work and indulgence, I simply wouldn't be able to give myself the time it takes to make with out you.
Thank you friends, for always being a way and a reason that I take care of myself. A reminder to us all that we're more than what we produce.

I’m so lucky that this is true now. There have definitely been times that the responsible thing to do was take a job so I could support myself. It’s a beautiful (recent) privilege to be secure enough to say no to gigs that don’t serve me.
