Not how I thought I would be spending vacation… was hit with some extreme vertigo , my ear wouldn’t seem to pop after flight, causing extreme nausea, and dizziness and off balance completely, distorted vision .. has anyone experienced anything like this before?

This used to happen to me on plane rides and I would take Benadryl to make it go away. Seemed to be someone sinus related for me.
