Hi, everyone! I hope you are having an amazing day! The special set for December 2020 is here! 23 New meshes I ‘ve put my sweat and tears into😅 I really hope you like it.
I‘d like to thank @kerriganhouse
for your advice on my sofa. This set wouldn’t be perfect without you.
If there is any problem with any mesh in this set, please do not hesitate to message me. I am standing by.
Sofa is high poly, use with caution. Some meshes have 2k textures so you need to do this or else they will look a bit blurry in game.
EDITED 31/12/20 I've uploaded tray files for the rooms I used to take photos. These rooms are for staging purpose only and haven't been tested play.
Download tray and CC for the rooms here I took hel-studio 's CC out. List of her CC needed is included within zip file.

I can't use it unfortunately because it shows in my other room. And it won't let me place the fireplace away from the wall, it keeps snapping it back.
