Supporter-only Discord server!

Hello everyone!
It has now been a month since the leadership change and it has been quite an interesting one. Industrialice and I are now sharing the lead and management work, and we have been hard at work learning everything we need to know in our new positions.
Now that things have settled down a bit I want to start posting more frequent progress updates and teasers of what we're working on.
For this reason, I'm happy to announce that we now have a supporter-only Discord server!
This Discord will from now on be the main platform for us to post progress updates on. Creating a post on Patreon each time would be too time consuming, and the casual nature of Discord as a chat platform seems perfect for this. Hopefully we will build a fun little community, and it will open up options to not just post progress updates but also find other ways to get involved. Or just hang out and chat.
For now, the Discord is exclusive to tier 3 supporters. I plan to extend it to tier 2 later, with likely still some exclusive channels for tier 3. The reason I'm restricting it to the highest level right now is because I don't know how much interest and traffic to expect, so I want to see how it goes and gather some feedback, before opening it up to more users. Tier 3 gets an early access to the server in that sense.
If you're a tier 3 supporter, in order to get your Discord benefit, you need to connect your Discord account to Patreon.

I would like to speak to the support team being a Supporter and all, but I can't seem to find the Discord server so I can talk to someone.

I’ve been requesting support for an account merge for days now with no responses! 2, now ALL OF MY SKINS AND MAPS are gone and replaced with my friends instead?! This merge shouldn’t have ever happened and I’m hoping yall with ACTUALLY help a tier 4 supporter instead of ignoring them! THANK YOU.

This isn't fair to us Like Mitzi said, at least allow tier 2 supporters access to the Discord server. Otherwise, there really isn't any reason to be a tier 2 supporter and we should all cancel our pledges

For the longest it's been that 2-3 tier supporters were able to see updates and exclusive content, almost 80% of the people on the site are tier 2 supporters and most of us paid for 2 instead of 1 because we wanted test server access and exclusive content. For maybe 4 months now if not more we've gotten literally the same thing that tier 1 supporters have gotten (aside from more slots of course) and a lot of us have been anticipating cool or exclusive stuff on the test server only to get nothing, it's not fair that we spent money for what this post is suggesting specifically and haven't been getting it. Sorry that this is a long rant, but it feels like we've all paid for different tier concert tickets and at the last minute the band decided that only their VIP members could watch. At the very least I feel like 2 tier supporters deserve to be able to join too, upgrading to tier 3 isn't the issue it's that we shouldn't have to after what we've been getting. /:
