Alucard has brought his unexpected visitor in from the rain to dry off, offering them a change of clothes and a cup of tea by the fire. He, in his own sad way, explains the circumstances of how one manages to be alone in a menacing castle...all the while keeping a close eye on this peculiar listener. They discuss the nature of the listener's amnesia, and reluctantly, Alucard shares his observations and hypothesis...
