Magnolia County is about to get Canadian... or at least get a Canadian Football Team! That's because Bend has been offered the opportunity to host the first Canadian Football League team in the US since the league's short-lived expansion in the 1990s. The city owns the land and is planning an ambitious transit-focused development featuring a year-round stadium district with green infrastructure, a bus hub, and an expanded waterfront trail network.
To make this vision a reality, the city has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP), offering the land for free to a developer who can meet the project’s requirements within two years, including building key infrastructure. As you might expect, James Jones has interest in the project... as do a few other local developers. We'll see who gets it.
So in this episode, we’ll bring the Bend Stadium District to life using assets from the Urban Architecture Content Creator Pack and showcase the new road and parking tools introduced in Cities: Skylines 2 Detailer’s Patch 2 update.
