Whaddup Geki!!!!

I'm back in the driver's seat. Finally home and I'm back to work in full capacity. I have a lot of fun stuff planned and I'm gonna buckle down and try to do as much of it as I possibly can. I'm gonna be making some major upgrades pretty soon here. I'm getting a new mic and finishing the soundproofing on my studio/closet in the near future so the audio should sound even better than it does already. I don't pitch shift my vocals EVER because that's cringe and besides the deep "daddy" voice is overdone anyways and is almost always lacking in any uniqueness and personallity, but the deeper notes of my voice should start to sound a little more full and immersive! Really excited for that. Speaking of changes, I'm aware of the new subreddit paywall drama. If for whatever reason the subs I post to get paywalled I'll be stopping posting on reddit immediately. I think it's about time anyways since reddit has slowly been becoming less and less supportive of the kind of work I make. I appreciate it for what it was, the place where I first got into audios and the community and the place where I first broke out and got my first fans, but that place doesn't really exist anymore in a way.

You guys get a fun little spoiler for the next upload, it's ASMR time! I haven't made an ASMR centered audio in a long time and considering that's how I really started with YouTube I figured for 10k subs (THANK YOU BTW) I'd go back to my roots and do something special! (If you're reading this it's up on Patreon early access right now!) I think it's really incredible that we made it to 10k. 5 figures is a hard number to wrap my brain around haha I think the town I grew up in had less than 10k people in it LOL! I'm very excited to be doing work that people actually appreciate for once which is something I did not get to enjoy for all of my working life up until this point. I'm looking forward to doing much much more! I have a lot of plans and a lot of things I wanna try and I can't wait to see where this special little community goes and how many people we reach!

I'm working on comms too for anyone that has one in right now. I'm wrapping up the public uploads for this week and then that'll be my next thing. Thank you all so much for commissioning me! I've gotten like 6 or 7 already and I thought I'd have a hard time getting more than 2 or 3 haha! I love project based work like this and the extra money only enables me to make things even better.

Man. I'm really happy with the way things are going lately. I feel so invigorated! I also have a big announcement to make at some point. Perhaps not the kind you're expecting, but it's not quite time yet. I hope you all will receive it with openness and happiness!
