I've honestly been into a lot of poetry and spoken word recently, so this was placed timely. 😋

I’ve never really been into poetry either, and much of it makes me feel a bit glum 🥺 But one type of verse I can always get behind is the dirty limerick!<br><br><i>There once was a young Irish rapper<br>Who thought himself really quite dapper<br>He was quite elated<br>'Til Swifty deflated<br>And now he’ll never get to tap her</i><br><br>And since that limerick was terrible, here are some better ones I pulled off the Internet! 🤓👍<br><br><i>I have been on dozens of larks I like it indoors, not in parks You feel more at ease Your ass doesn’t freeze And strollers don’t make snide remarks There was a young lady named Claire Who had a magnificent pair Or so that’s what I thought 'Til I saw one get caught On a thorn, and start to lose air What’s the worst you can say after sex? This really went to a deep place in my heart ❤❤Swans are the symbol of the city I live in and I have always loved them. Such majestic creatures. We have a lake full of them here. This poetry was divine. ❤❤❤💋❤❤❤😘

As much as I respect the works and the people who write them, I have never been able to really get into poetry. But...I don't know what it is or how you do it, but when you recite poetry, I become interested in it 😊 All four were beautiful, but 'If I Thought' and 'Baby, When You Hold Me' were my favorites (you're making a romantic out of me, bud) 💖
