Added 2021-09-02 03:50:31 +0000 UTCSecond in the "Fish out of Water" design series, Mokarran. He is themed after one of the most well known ocean oddities, the Great Hammerhead Shark. A man who has modified his body past the point of recognition. He uses his modifications and drones (inspired by remoras) to hunt down those who would dare oppose him and his plans.
