Honestly, I think the one way to have a "hands covered" top and be cool with it, would be to also have a "hands uncovered" version (like she pushed her sleeves up or the sleeves are just shorter on the visible hands version) just an idea if you still like the hidden hands look, then those who like it can have it, and those who don't can download the visible hands version, though I do realize that'd be more work for you so if not that's cool too.
