LaundryMom Fall Projects Update

Howdy everyone!

I’ve been seeing a lot of new faces join recently. Faces who might not have heard about some of my long term projects. Many of those long term projects are near completion. So I thought I'd do a big project update. Talking about what stuff you can expect to see soon, and what will come after.

Arsine: An upcoming light novel, Illustrated by me

Back in April I was asked to design characters, and illustrations for a soon to be released indie light novel called “Arsine.” The amount of work on this project has been quite intense, and has eaten into my schedule a lot. However It’s fun to draw. the pieces I've made so far as some of the most complex pieces I've ever worked on. I’m drawing a lot of fantasy themes I've never tried before. And adding tons of plants/flowers, which I love to draw en masse. I’ve made steady progress on it and We’re hoping to finish/launch the project in late 2024.

The Laundry Ladies' Special Someone final update & Deluxe Edition

The final update for this is like, A day away. Probably less. I’m currently checking over the text and getting pages finalized. You’ll see this very soon. Now that the comic is done. I plan on going through it, fixing problems and releasing it for you all. My plans for this edition are to

• Apply lettering fixes

• Fix continuity errors in artwork

• Fix rushed panels.

• Restore cut color pages 

• Give it a proper cover page

  These pages will also be bundled into a deluxe edition for purchase on my website. It’ll of course include the comic but also includes character bios, older sentoumi comic drafts, and a BUNCH of sentoumi artwork. This edition will be released in late October!

Messy Laundry Magazine 2

The biggest part of MLM vol 2 that needed to be completed was Laundry ladies' Special Someone. With that soon to be out of the way, i’ve begun working on other artwork for the magazine/writing up text content for it aswell. I’ve already posted a table of contents for the magazine in a WIP post. But for those who haven't seen it. 

• The Laundry Ladies Special Someone: Deluxe edition (80 pages)

• Robin can you see it (5 image set)

• Mommy Mimi Momo (3 page comic)

• undecided pepper set (unknown page count)

• Biango takes a bath (12 Page Comic)

• Biango goes to the beach (5 page illustrated story.)

• Devils Moon Chapter 9-15 (150 pages)

The magazine will also feature any single illustration OC work from after vol 1 til now. But these are just the major portions I still need to finish up. I’m hoping to release the magazine in late december!

Devil's Moon Chapter 16

If you don't read devil's moon. this is your reminder that it's required reading around these parts. and your knowledge on it's various plot elements will be tested on the LaundryMom State Exam at the end of the year. if you DO read devil's moon. this is your reminder that chapter 16 is almost here. look forward to it <3

Whats next?:

Mother Nature One Shot (the next BIG OC comic)

Even after doing the sentoumi comic for almost 2 whole years, I really want to do another big one shot doujin. While working on the magazine stuff, I’ve gravitated my thinking/storytelling ideas to mother nature. And after doing some really nice looking color art of them. I decided that's my choice for the next BIG thing.

It CANNOT be as big as the sentoumi comic ended up being. But I hope for it to be around 50 pages. Hopefully some better planning will help me get that page count. If I get far enough along where I can preview it in magazine vol 2, I will. But it might not be until 2025 that I am able to share any WIP comic pages.

Inko x Bakugou Comic

I’ve had this draft sitting around for a while. I wasn’t very confident in it. But I have been convinced to give it another chance. In between all of my OC work I’ll be putting together another inko fan comic with her and bakugou. A couple pages are already sketched, so I'm hoping to share the full sketched version soon! Maybe in november!
