It was quite a pleasant meditation. Afterwards, I decided to put my headphones on and listen to this recording. I did not expect it to continue the flow I was already on! It expanded upon the energy I was already feeling. On top of that, the last activity of the evening is actually a meditative painting project I am starting right after this post, that I've anticipated working on all day. *chef's kiss* to this recording, and to all those who are positively affected by it. (The lotus flower image here is also apropos.)
