Added 2021-06-27 11:03:22 +0000 UTCHere's the layered file for this pic! the main image has been flattened to really just two main layers but i have all the steps saved in folders below the main work that break up all the colour layers i applied over time.
I blended my two main colouring techniques this time, used flat colours and then applied a multiply layer over them for the mood, then a second, lighter multiply layer for the more detailed shadow shapes and had a gradient colour layer set to like 20% over the whole thing to give the bottom of the image more orange and the top left more purples. Then i just flattened the layer that lady d & maiden were on and flattened the sheet layer and painted over the whole thing!
