New graphics on GTA 5 Miami (Sunshine Dream)

On top of previous graphics work done, I installed blms Darc Preset for QuantV by BLMS preset for brighter atmosphere that better suits the Miami map: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/blms-darc-preset-for-quantv-fivem
The incorrect light colors in the night shot are WIP, will get fixed soon.
