Hinata doesn't have a great sage like Rimuru, that was Words of the World something EVERYONE in this universe can hear if the time is right. Simply being an otherworlder makes words of the world give you abilities when you cross over into it based on your actions/desires. Hinata can't just talk to her own personal assistant like Rimuru can. Especially because Great Sage/Rapheal are Unique and Ultimate skills, meaning NO ONE else in the entire universe can have that skill at the same time as you. Its basically bound to you and you alone unless you die. lastly remember Rimuru is the ONLY person to ever be reincarnated into this world, everyone else was transported or summoned. Usually its impossible for a human soul to survive transporting into this world after dying(future plot points)
