February last minute vote

This time, selection of characters was picked from suggestion post. But ultimately since it's end of February, i will have time to do only one. In future months suggestions, the character pool might be larger and multiple voted characters will be drawn.
This vote will end on 1st of March. Future votes will have larger time window i promise.
