As Erza was completely troubled by this wild stallion known as Kira, the Magic Council also had a hard time due to Kira and Fairy Tail. 

The arrest of Kira was an unfair decision.

Kira, who stayed in the prison of the Magic Council, looked at the members of the council, who desperately begged him to live. Still, Jellal also never expected that this situation would become so huge, but he didn't mind since if many of the members of the councils were down, his positions on the Magic Council would be even better since unlike the others, he was quite clean despite how the world knew that he used his authority to arrest Kira due to his jealosy as Kira was Erza's lover.

The chairman of the Magic Council, Crawford Seam, a large man with a bushy beard, looked at Kira, wondering what Kira wanted.

Everyone quickly ganged up on Siegfried and forced him to bow down in front of Kira, which made him frown and become angry! 

"Come on, Siegfried. It's not a big deal. You just need to apologize that everything is over. You have troubled us so much, and he is kind enough to let you go with a simple apology. Hurry up and do it, so everyone can be at peace." 

Crawford gently forced Siegfried to apologize, too, which made Siegfried's expression become even uglier, and he remained silent despite everyone's harsh and cold words.

No one moved to help Jellal; instead, their reaction was even stronger to force Jellal to apologize. 

"Siegfried, if you don't apologize, I will kick you out of the council, especially after all the troubles that you have caused." 

Finally, Crawford issued an ultimatum, which made everyone agree, and caused Jellal to realize the seriousness of this problem. 

If Jellal weren't a member of the council, would his plan succeed? 

'Ultear, where the hell are you?!' 

Not only the members of the councils, but Jellal was also angry at Ultear, who didn't come to support him and help him during this situation. 

"I will count to three. If you don't apologize, then I will really kick you out."
