Yes, Shinra might not be able to kill the two, and if they wanted to, they could run away, and he wouldn't be able to catch them but they were afraid of his ability, which could turn everything into a desert. Unless one had a powerful Haki, it was impossible for them to defend against this attack that robbed all their moisture. 

The Saobody Archipelago aside, if somehow Shinra knew where their home was, what would happen?

The Armament Haki, on the other hand, manipulated one's aura into that of armor to defend, to increase their attack, and also to be able to fight those whose bodies couldn't be touched, like Shinra, who had taken the ability of the Logia Type of the Devil Fruit. 

Lastly, the Supreme King Haki was a rare type of Haki that was awakened within one in a million. 

As for the use it? 

It was to dominate. 

The simplest way was to release their Supreme King Haki to cause their opponents to lose their will to fight, defeating them without even doing anything, or giving a weakening effect. 

Frankly, all the types of Haki had further developments, and as long as one could further develop such an ability, they would definitely become one of the powerhouses in this world.

Still, Rayleigh looked at his old lover, who was staring at the ship that started its journey to the Fish-Man Island, then asked, "Say, Shakuyaku, do you think I am a shitty teacher?" 

"Well, yes." Shakuyaki nodded since even she didn't understand Rayleigh's explanation.

While Rayleigh asked helplessly, Shakuyaku looked at him softly and said, "Well, you might not be the smartest, but I love you."

Rayleigh was in silence, then reached Shakuyaki's slender waist. "Still, part of him is similar to me." 

"You mean you want to keep more lovers like him?! You bastard!" 

As Rayleigh was once again beaten, Shinra, Robin, and Carina started their journey to the Fish-Man Island.

The strong devour the weak, and the weak can hide in the corner if they don't want to be eaten.
