Yet, among all of them, Kataruki was the most frustrated since, with his ability, he should be able to see the future, stopping this tragedy, yet why couldn't he see Shinra's future?! 

Still, when everyone was frustrated, Shinra gained Big Mom's ability, whether it was the Soru Soru no Mi or the special physical ability of Big Mom. 

Even without this Devil Fruit, Big Mom was powerful, and when she was five years old, she could even destroy a city or two, or even an island by herself. No, even as a child, she could beat up one of the most powerful giants, a race that was known for its might, with ease.

Those pirates had never shown their apology, sorry, and other feelings to those innocents, and did what they wanted, like how a pirate is, an evil criminal that lived by robbing others on the ocean and coastal towns, cities, or countries. 

Those pirates had done many crimes that were unforgivable to many, and whether it was their hands or hearts, all of them were stained with blood, pus, and all of the dirty things in the world that had been dried up and concentrated into a pile of blackness that was so hard to clean up. 

Yes, it wasn't impossible to be cleaned up, since if a pirate wanted to change themselves, it was possible, yet it was so hard, and more importantly, as they came to have a battle with the Marines with the purpose to kill without any mercy, why should Shinra show mercy? 

If Shinra and the Marines were on the losing side, they would be killed, the women would be raped, and those who were living would be sold as slaves, then being shown off to the world like a trophy before being thrown away, killed when those pirates were bored. 

Some might argue that there were many who were more evil than pirates, yet if they couldn't even clean up those pirates that were easiest to kill, as they only needed to kill, how could they clean up the truly living evils that always disguised themselves as the righteous? 

Yup, he was the punishment that was sent by heaven. 

All the evils in this world were unpunished, and they could live in the glory when the good were miserable, living a hell-like life as they thought that dying was better, since that way they had no need to suffer anymore, right? 

Whether it was this world, the world of Kengan, or the world of Naruto, they were all the same, so would he be like a god on those religions that had made a flood to sweep away all of evilness, making everything clean as everything was washed away. 

Well, he wasn't that brutal, but he knew that there were some that he had to erase, so that way, everything would be easier for him to change, so those in front of him, who tried to stop his ways to take this world away, had to be cleaned up.

Shinra looked at all of those pirates, holding his blade, as he stared at all of them. "If you don't fight, then you all will die here, or do you want to go to Impel Down? Don't worry. You will live forever there." 

Why did Impel Down exist, and none of the prisoners were killed? 

Naturally, it was all due to Im's ability that allowed him to transform the enemies into allies. 

Those pirates, if they were all turned into Im's followers, it was clear how strong the World Government would be, right?

Still, when this was over, this dark sky of his would disappear, and once again, the bright sky would reappear, yet, like him, this was also the pirate's final battle.
