December Newsletter

Ho ho ho! It’s a Christmas Miracle! I’m back on my bullshit! Touch and go there for a bit. October and November were not great, can’t lie about that. However, the nights are drawing in, the weather’s getting chilly – and you know what that means? It’s the perfect season to sit inside, play video games and ignore the fact that the outside world exists. I mean, I do this most of the time, but now I have AN EXCUSE!

Seriously though, thank you all for bearing with me. It’s just been very hard. And over the last few months, I’ve started looking inwards to figure out what the heck is going on in my head, and I’ve discovered a lot of stuff. I’m now on a path of treatment and recovery that I hope will help me cope with some of the darker aspects of it all. I won’t go into it here, but if you do want to know more, you can follow me on twitter where I post more explicit updates. But, trigger warnings dead ahead, when I say explicit, I mean… some really, really not great stuff.

If you’d prefer the fluffier side of everything, stick with my YouTube channel and Twitch updates, and the incredible discord community. Seriously, you lot are amazing – I saw the BARRAGE OF AMAZING PET PHOTOS you all sent through. Cheered me up to no end. It’s also sparked some plans to perhaps steal these pets in the near future. I’m sure we are all aware of the ancient lore; once I touch, is mine.

Twitch

I am back on twitch, tentatively. It’s mainly rat-based bobbins at the moment, stuff that’s nice and cosy. But, I’m optimistic! Follow me over on twitch if you want alerts and updates about streams. I’ll probably tweet about it too, but don’t hold me to that.

News About Me

Well, aside from all the mental health bobbins, I’m actually pretty good. I managed to get a high pass on the first year of my master’s degree! Me! 70% pass! Just proves that if I can do that while dealing with … well… me, you can do absolutely bloody anything. Seriously. This year has been the epitome of WHY GOD WHY, so this is a tiny ray of light at the end of the tunnel that never seems to end that spells out ‘You can fucking do it, lad!’ on the ceiling. I believe in you! DO THE THING! 

Heck, and i just saw my book is 91% funded! 91%?!?!?! What... oh my god this might actually become a thing. Holy crap. That just hit me like a freight train. It was always a passion project but this... THANK YOU. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

Rats Rats Rats

Sad to say Mr Toast has been diagnosed with a terminal tumour. However, flape and Archimedes are keeping him in good company. No doubt I’ll be a mess when he goes, but we’ll be hanging out on streams together until he does. Sweet idiot.

In other rat-based news, Mid November, trifles decided to nick an SD card I had a whole bunch of footage that needed processing on and then hid it LIKE THE PSYCHOPATH SHE IS. It took me over a week, but I’ve found it, so there will be videos in December!
