Haha that is way beyond the scope of the story, yes, but that would be really interesting! You have the problem in the multiversal space between “bubble universes” that the space ahead of you is always expanding faster than you can travel through it, no headway can be made and motion is effectively impossible, like a real world Zeno paradox.

As for the edges of each universe, it’s the case that the edge of each bubble universe borders hyper inflationary space which is still in a high-energy state, whist our universe and other bubble universes have slowed their inflation compared to Multiversal space or stopped inflation all together. Here’s a little extract from the Multiversal world forest section to make it more clear what I’m describing: “ Building upon all that we have discussed, I am going to explain the Multiversal forest and the creation of the All-Mothers pocket universe. But first, we need to explore something called eternal inflation. Let us start at the Big Bang. Shortly after the Big Bang, the inflaton field caused the universe to expand exponentially fast in a process called inflation. The inflaton field didn't decay uniformly everywhere. In some regions, the field decayed, ending inflation and creating what we perceive as a "normal" universe filled with matter and radiation. In other regions, however, the inflaton field remained in a high-energy state, causing those regions to continue inflating exponentially. The regions where inflation ended became "bubble universes”, like our own. These bubbles stop inflating, cool down, and evolve into universes. Meanwhile, the surrounding regions keep inflating, leading to a runaway process where new bubble universes are constantly being formed and drift further apart from one another as the space between them continues to inflate exponentially. Once a bubble forms, it "pinches off" from the inflating region, effectively becoming its own closed universe. We live in one of these bubble universes (the REAL) where inflation ended, and conditions were just right for the formation of galaxies, stars, and life. Each bubble universe in the multiverse has different amounts of what were once known as “dark matter” and “dark energy”. We now know these phenomena to be energy and matter from different alternate universes layered above and below ours at different frequencies or, as others believe, as segments in a great Oroboros, or “world serpent”. These variations could be determined by the specific way inflation ended in each bubble. The AESE is theorised to be what drives the continued exponential expansion of the multiversal space in-between bubbles through a form of vacuum decay. as we have discussed, alternate universes exist in which bubble universes like the REAL are but one “plate” in a “stack”, or as the Orobosians believe, are but one segment in a great torus. A meta-universal structure exists called World Tree, and its shape is imprinted on all universes via trans-universal gravitational influence, or the curvature of spacetime as it is also known. Each and every “bubble universe” is believed to have a meta-universal World Tree at its heart and even an alternate universes stack/torus of its own. This grand theory of the multiverse is called the “Multiversal Forest theory”. ” The segment carries on, but you get the gist of it here.

It is commonly understood to be the case that as consciousness evolves in a species, so too does its psionic potential grow. This development is not linear, however; it is possible for a species to be highly developed in one area of intelligence but lacking in a proportionate psionic potential, like a savant who is exceptional at mathematics, or short-term memorisation, or problem-solving, but who lacks social skills or ability in some other area. So too can a species be highly intelligent but psionically underdeveloped, and vice versa (like the Gherra). Generally speaking, though, intellect, consciousness and psionic connection tend to go hand in hand. In practice, Psionics is a manipulation of the spacetime around one’s self through its subordinate tie to the World Tree, the manipulation of objects in that spacetime through their connection to the World tree, and the manipulation of minds of others through their connection to the World Tree. Minds are intrinsically linked to the world tree because consciousness finds its source in the World Tree also. In other words, we are the universe observing itself. Psionics are basically pulling at the threads in the interconnectedness of all things.
