For context: They are parodying a super popular show called Transit Love/EXchange (depending on the translation) wherein a group of people live together for a period of time in search of romance. The hook of the show is that every person in the house is actually an ex of someone else in the house. The exes aren't allowed to reveal who they dated before until the show reveals it. That's why at the beginning at the face-to-face part, the members kept being shuffled up after every sentence. This is a direct parody of the actual show so even the viewers don't know who the exes are. In terms of reality tv, Transit Love is honestly incredible television, especially the 2nd season. Random tidbit, Transit Love was responsible for Bambam's (of GOT7) surge in popularity in KR in the last year or so. He was a panelist on the show and got some viral moments from his quips.
