Propose At Any Relationship Level

Here's one I just whipped together. Sims can now propose at any relationship level.
Technical stuff: the interaction originally had a test condition that disallowed the interaction if your Romance with the Sim was below 50 and if your Friendship was below 35. This mod changes both to -100, so you can propose whenever you want.
This modifies E882D22F!00000000!000000000000661B.mixer_social_Propose_targeted_romance_relationship.InteractionTuning.xml and anything else that does so will conflict with it—that means autonomous proposal mods and, as far as I know, MC Command Center's autonomous proposal setting, so I've included a version that turns autonomy on for proposals. You cannot choose both!
Addendum: I noticed her flirting with him after the failed proposal -- I'm not sure why, but be aware that this might happen.
