Better Autonomy Beta Crucial Update

Hey all, here's a fix for Better Autonomy for some bugs I've been seeing. Namely, that Sims focus on socializing so much they don't do anything else.
At first, I was confused about this because it doesn't happen in my game. It wasn't until I remember that I turned autonomy off for NPC introductions (explained in this post) that I realized the issue.
This is the version I've had in my game for testing since release; quite a lot has changed, though I haven't had time to type up a full changelog. In short, here's what it does:
- Lowers Sims' draw to socialization by 300%
- Raises their fun draw by 20% (still lower than default)
- Raises their draw to washing dishes, cleaning, and other things
- Raises the StaticCommodity for exercising, browsing in retail, buying in retail, reading books, and swimming
This should smooth out Sims' behavior where they socialize so much they don't do anything else. No early access for this as this were rather game-breaking issues.
