No University of Britechester Ghosts

This is a simple tuning mod that disables ghost walk-bys for the University of Britechester. I hate occults, including ghosts, so it got pretty annoying to have them walking about.
Technical stuff
This edits the walkby_director for the University of Britechester map of the Britechester world. It basically just deletes the tuning lines responsible for scheduling the walk-bys. This makes it so that the ghosts never spawn.
This mod modifies 3FD6243E!0000001D!0000000000033167.walkbyDirector_UniversityWorld_Arts.WalkByTuning.xml and anything else that does so will conflict with it! It does not conflict with Bienchen83's pet walkers in every world mod.
