No Flippant Tombstones

This is a simple string mod that does away with two flippant tombstone placeholders, "I told you it wouldn't work," and "Rest in Pieces," because the last thing I want to see when Sims I'm attached to die is either of these. The former has been changed to “Passed on,” and the latter is now simply “Rest in Peace.”
This is a string table mod, so it doesn't modify any tuning. It shouldn't conflict with anything unless it modifies these two strings.
