Hail Dicktator 0.38 free public release and 0.39 changelog

The versions will release in about 2 hours on F95 and Patreon respectively.

I'm sorry for not doing a second preview for 0.39, but I pretty worked on this update until the last minute possible, because not only was rendering slow, I felt that some parts were possibly unclear or not long enough and I ended extending and rewriting parts of this. Also, the update contains a lot of longer scenes.

Additionally, I had to do the full split of the game for the mobile version for it to fit into Android's stupid 2gb app restriction without putting the players through the hassle to install obb files.

So, now there are 2 android versions: Chapter one and two. Chapter one contains all scenes from start to the Paris version. Chapter 2 contains everything from there. Both versions do contains all repeatable scenes, so the size of both is a bit bigger than a hard cut, but I didn't want to make it inconsistent. So if you are at any version beyond paris, you only have to download the second chapter, but you might want to download the first one as well, if you want to see older scenes in the gallery. Save games are of course compatible between both versions, so you can switch at will. But of course as always it's save to make a backup of your save files.
