Pegasus Shader -Sneak Peak of Updates!

-Normal preset is the old Fancy
Fancy preset has the new clouds, and more water effects
-Ultra is just for screenshots, it runs the clouds full res and even lags my machine
-you can turn down the cloud layers in clouds menu
-i have more to fix about refractions and sunrise/set with the new clouds
PERFORMANCE IS NOT AT ALL WHAT IT WILL BE there are lots of bugs and zero optimizations done
