Resource Pack (Update 29)

(version 29) If I can figure out how to fix what broke with the 3D material transitions, I will probably start making more textures again. It has the extra textures I made for some 'Wilder Wild' blocks, and might have some other changes.

I am going to put some time into seeing if I can get the 3d material transitions working in newer mc versions. I feel like they really enhanced this and some blocks really depend on it.
