Preview #42: Newcomer approaching!

It's time for a very special preview! You probably don't recognise the girl you see here - that's because this is a sneak peek at a brand new character who'll be making her debut in the upcoming Time Tenshi 3 (tentative title)!
This is one tall young lady, and she has some pretty interesting quirks... but we're not going to tell you much more about her just yet! Is she friend, foe or neither? Nobody knows yet...
One thing we'd like to ask you guys is - can you guess her name? If someone guesses correctly, we'll reveal her name and a little more info in another posting! (Bet you can't guess it...!)
