Change to the $5 tier

I decided to make a small change to the Cowpoke tier!
This means, your character can be part of games, where it is applicable!
What does that mean? When I make an arcade game, and feel a character select fits, I make sprites of your character and include those, so people can pick your character to play as.
Of course, I need a(n up to date) reference and without one, you won't be included (or if you decide later to be excluded, I disable your character)
