In Bellanzona’s industrial sprawl lies Manufacturing By-Product Processing Facility No 7, which is a euphemism for “sludge pumping station”. Operated by reputed mobster, Anthony “Tony Clams” Clemenza, the facility can process toxic industrial waste, medical refuse, slightly radioactive slag, and the occasional “rat who don’t know how to keep his big mouth shut”…
