Secretly run by the Strakh Syndicate, it is a bank for criminals, run by criminals. It serves various underworld factions with money laundering, currency trading, money lending, and brokering illicit commodities.
The Bank map pack includes gridded/gridless JGP [256 dpi], gridless PNG [128 dpi], and VTT [70 dpi] formats.

The bar is decently big, the type that would have a pool table and be frequented by nomads and such. It's in the city limits but near the edge
