If you're already using the AndWobble app, go to Step3
Step 1
Set up permissions to install unknown APKs on your Android device.
For Android 8.0 (Oreo) and Above
Open Settings → Go to Apps & notifications (or Apps).
Select the app (such as Chrome, File Manager, or any app from which you want to install the APK).
Tap Advanced (if available) → Tap Install unknown apps.
Enable "Allow from this source".
For Android 7.0 (Nougat) and Below
Open Settings → Go to Security (or Lock screen & security).
Scroll down and find Unknown sources.
Enable the toggle to allow APK installations from unknown sources.
Confirm by tapping OK.
Step 2
Download and install AndWobble.

This app used to be serviced by the Play Store, but it can't be downloaded from the Play Store at the moment, and you need to download the app and install it yourself.

Step 3
Download the attachment and open the file with the AndWobble app.
If the downloaded file name is the same as 'example.wbl.png', you must change the extension to .wbl like 'example.wbl'
You may need to download a file manager app that has access to your device's data storage to check the downloaded files and apply live wallpaper.
Step 4
Set as Wallpaper on AndWobble App.
Done!
