I explain to people that depression and all psychological conditions are a combination of the chemicals your brain makes and your situational enviroment/stresses, and what you feed your body. Sometimes the chemicals in our body are out of synch, justblike we produce stuff when we need to, we sometimes make to little or the wrong balance. This then makes it harder to deal with stress etc. Artblock happens and work you can deal with becomes impossible to complete. Im suddenly working again and got a job done
