Some would argue it creates lazy people, but it doesn't seem the case with Sweden as their entrepreneur rate is very much up there. I guess it helps when you don't need to worry about failing.

It seems like a preferable framework for how to implement "regulated capitalism" where people are still rewarded for creating businesses and hardwork but the avg person is secure in any occupation they may choose.
