I thought I had kept myself informed about US interventions in other countries, believing that most of them occurred earlier, as the country was expanding geographically. I was wrong. Thanks for this video. Is every country's media about its country as skewed as ours?

Thank you! Brief but excellent. Although my blood was boiling. I find it hard to believe, but maybe not considering history as taught in the US, that peple are unaware of all our meddling. A lot of denial here too. Latin Americans flee their countries because of US!

Well, any fool sees that the US systematically meddles in other countries' affairs, and exclusively to advance "national interests", which sometimes *are* aligned with some nefarious "strategy" (like "stopping the domino effect of Communism"), but more often with financial interests of the current owners of the top brass. But what is not so obvious is that those interventions end up with a much worse result than they started from, not only for the countries in question, but for the US, too. You know, start with mildly leftist, Soviet (and Non-aligned movement) influenced PLO, end up with Hamas and Hezbollah. Erect the blocade of Cuba, cement Castro in power. Topple Prince Sihanouk and install Lon Nol, end up with Pol Pot. Etc.
