Excellent video as usual. It drives me crazy hearing Republicans calling Democrats, "Communists" and "hard-core Marxists"! It's absurd beyond belief! As you pointed out, the Democrats are center-right. (And the GOP is outright fascist!) To me they are two sides to the same coin. The only differences in my mind is that the Democrats are liberal on social issues and are willing to give the workers crumbs from the table. The GOP only cares about the rich and is reactionary on social issues. Other than that they are exactly the same! The Democrats talk a good talk but when it comes to them actually DOING something they find a reason not to. It just frustrates the hell out of me! Last year I joined the Communist Party USA. Yes they are a small group and are not nearly big enough to make an impact BUT they are truly leftists! I agree with all their polices. On a bright note I was told they had a membership increase of 2,800 this year alone! For a group that had only something like 10,000 members 5 years ago this is great news! People are looking for alternatives when it comes to political parties and socialism is looking pretty good right now. :-)

Well done Comrade, that video was amazing. I had real hope when I found out about Eugene Deb's and subsequently got so disenchanted about your electoral process, 6% was great to a certain extent. I love my country and want it to become more Socialist but until we deal with these current crop of Tories in Westminster I fear I'll never see a proper socialist/Marxist UK and in respect to my country Scotland a real chance to reform the way we conduct our governance and advance a more stable and sustainable relationship with planet earth. Btw I loved the way you compared the USA left to the majority of European, especially Nordic/Scandinavian left, it always astounded me that the Democrats class themselves as "The Left", that bloody hilarious.
