This one gave me chills and made me pull the trigger and subscribe, thank you for this. Was just talking to a center right family friend about her experience with an abusive boss who was the owner of the company and when I brought up the idea that, since she and the other core workers were running that business anyway, that if they were a worker run cooperative and owned and decided democratically how to run things then she wouldn’t have faced that kind of exploitation, and she was 100% on board.
