Are things really that bad? Let's take a look at retirement trends in the United States (and around the world, the US isn't alone for once) and see what's behind these worrying developments.

JT, I believe your intent is to be inclusive. While I see you doing that well most of the time, I don't feel you did that very well here as the joke is clearly at the expense of older people implying that they are easily lost and confused. Josh had the courage and vulnerability to share with us how that joke made him feel. Regardless whether or not he has unresolved emotional things going on as we all do in certain ways, disregarding someone's feelings and blaming them for expressing they way they feel which effectively diminishes them is a sure way to make the situation worse. I have done similar things around this myself from both Josh's position and your position JT. A lot of people watch your videos and my intent in writing to you is to invite you to find more ways to be more inclusive. I hope you'll take this invitation and I also realize you're free not to.
