Sadder is that AMERICANS are not moving more to the right. Socialist policies are more popular than ever! As you correctly describe, media that is profit based and corporate led will chase the money. The owner class bias is all that we are spoon fed, and people simp for those perspectives while simultaneously wanting more just policies.
