Why Managers Exist (It's Not Why You Think)

Ask just about any worker and they'll tell you that "manager" is a useless position. So, if their job is meaningless...where did the position come from? Hope you enjoy!

Capitalism and neoliberalism have caused families and entire communities to fracture as a necessary component of being "free". Kids move away to school and then take jobs far away as well. The ticket is to create an environment that encourages families to not splinter as a path to freedom. Dotty tried the land of Oz but found she probably would have been better off not leaving her own back yard. Capitalism can't handle this notion.

When I tried downloading again, it disappeared
