EARLY ACCESS: Why Are So Many People Quitting YouTube?

This trend is observable in conventional job roles as well. Dedication of additional hours to one’s job doesn’t necessarily equate to increased compensation. This is an observation from my experience of a regular German sales job. They cut my commission and more effort doesnt mean more buck for me. It's an international issue affecting all professions, where power is increasingly centralized at the top. Moreover, with the help of AI - the value placed on individuals ability to produce quality content (or perform well on their job) and receive appropriate recognition for their efforts is diminishing. Anyhow, I'll continue supporting you in the hopes that someone will do the same for me one day. I'm also starting my own thing and can totally get your point with YouTube kinda being your dream job.
