UNLOCKED: Why Biden's New Bill Is So Terrifying

Yeah, I happened to have had a few extra bucks and I have been able to make sure SOME of it was spent well. I love the three other people I also support, but I really respect what Comrade JT does. Steppin' up with truth. Which is ironic, for me, 'cause I found Second Thought by the You're Susceptible to Propaganda Too video!🤔 I've attached my words, writing and fists to anti- dick behavior since the mid 90's but only really because of the climate catastrophe did I start watching YouTube and yeah now I am a Good Cana.. well, here's to propaganda! Solidarnosc!

Christopher Paul Bettridge

They are still doing that to me because I used to post bizarrely nice-but with fun subtext just because I'm Canadian and my Christian fascist neighbour upstairs loves who else: j peterman (he hasn't reacted to that yet, but promised to eat with me if I'm right about climate catastrophe! Jordan Peterson, if no one watched Seinfeld hahaha) a few years ago. Feckin' algorithm

Loving your work! You rock. For months I've been comparing Fascist Israel to Nazi Germany. I've no intention of quitting.

Doro Reeves

Thanks for bucking the machine! Glad to support you here!

I was pointing out the fact that the Nazis were hiding the fact they did a genocide. They were kinda “superpower” back when they did all those atrocities but still didn’t went out and showed to the world they were doing it. The world only found out after the Nazis were defeated. Im going a step further and will say if the Americans and the rest didn’t have any benefit exposing the Nazi crimes they would not bother to care what they did to the Jews. They need to validate themselves and say they are the angles while we all know what the Americans and their allies have done to humanity. To the poor people in poor countries with enormous wealth in form of natural resources.

Taha Mohammadi

To be fair, who knows what Nazis would be uploading with cellphones.

Isaac Hines

Thank you so much for all you do. I'm so glad I became a patron! Keep up the awesome work!

Mary Roane

The Nazis had shame but not the Israelis. The Nazis did what they could to hide what they did. Israelis are proud of what they’re doing and show it to the world. Disgusting people!

Taha Mohammadi

it's the only way!

Amro

I try to think that way too. In the meantime, I try to live vicariously through the fictional characters I encounter and the games I play. * lol *

Katsuhiko Fareed

Finally realized it would be much better watching from here anyway, as YouTube periodically likes to sneak shotgun-birthing or anti-woke whining into my feed. * lol *

Katsuhiko Fareed

Great work JT. This is cutting edge and as always, factual, fair and truthful.

Ed Cook

Glad I’m old af

Stephen J Brown

this work pushed me to upgrade to a paying sub. it is so essential to keep this ongoing genocide in the public discourse and to call out and push back against these fascist laws when they appear in our country. as angry as this makes me i am grateful for your efforts and thank you

m

I don't think they want to learn. The rich and powerful want to keep their status quo, and the religious zealots/ bigots/ hate mongering social hierarchy obsessives want to punish every little thing they can't tolerate. "We" definitely are the bully/Empire, and it's scary, angering, and embarrassing all at once. I'm still a new learner, but it makes me feel better to see that others have had similar thoughts. <3

Katsuhiko Fareed

This shit, global warming, avian flu giving dairy workers conjunctivitis, PFAS in our blood, trying to keep the bills paid, AI coming for my job in a few years... How does one not utterly capitulate? I like the "what can you do" advice at the end of these but then I ask myself who's behind this and what is the agenda?

Michael R Olsen

This is ridiculous. At this point I'm kind of hoping not to live to see Nazi Gilead. Jesus Christ! Got no choice but to vote for that prick because the alternative is P2025. The greedy and intolerant ( religious cult or not) will always back the greedy and intolerant.

Katsuhiko Fareed

Would it even be possible to protest under this?

Winter

Thanks for this important video.

Saul Mullard (red_panda)

Thank you for all that you do and pushing the glearing contradictions to the front for all to see.

Christian Johansen-dahl

man we're so fucked

American "freedom and democracy" at it's finest.

The most disturbing part of this months-long genocide (at least, in my opinion) apart from the inhumane-ness of an entire ethno-state... following decades of apartheid imposed upon Palestinians by Israel... is the **FACT** that these things have been so transparently occurring and that despite a substantial majority opinion around the world that Israel must -- MUST -- stop what it's doing **immediately** ... the US and the UK have consistently opposed all actions in support of an immediate humanitarian ceasefire. As a US citizen by birth, I have grown (over time) to become ashamed to be associated with the US on almost all elements of its foreign policy. It's my opinion that the rest of the world has legitimate gripes about the US along this line, and that the usual US propaganda mantra that 'they [the rest of the world] hate us for our freedoms' is the go-to chant for people who are, at their core, embarrassingly ignorant or even blatantly racist, genocidal, etc. In light of these points of consideration, it utterly escapes my rationality how anyone -- and I do mean anyone -- in the US can denounce the Palestinian right to human treatment, and to a fair consideration in light of a century of their betrayal by the UK and the US, and of course by Israel itself. I've written to all of my federal representative about the matter, mentioning specific points of interest from history as well as from present-day behaviors. 2 of the 3 replied withing a couple weeks, with what appears to be a generic form letter that emphasizes 'Israel's right to defend itself'. On the plight of the Palestinian people, there is no US interest in calling things what they are. To put it harshly, for emphasis, it's as if the US (and the UK) have become, whether willingly or by some sort of coercive influence... _'become Israels biitchh,'_ and we apparently have no qualms at all about being this way. I appreciate your content, JT, which is why I recently become a patreon member in support of what you do. I look forward to your ongoing efforts and content, though with a twinge of compassion and concern for the path before you. Many great minds before you have spoken out against US foreign policy and have paid a heavy price for doing so. I myself have tasted this path from time to time and it's no trivial matter or concern to point-out the hardship that such a path entails. It's a terribly unflattering fact of US existence that 'we' (I use this term in its loosest possible sense, given that I'm a US citizen but also am utterly ashamed to admit that this is the case) have become the self-appointed world-police, accountable to no others, while presuming to hold accountable those who would oppose 'our' perspective and agenda to remain as such. 'We' are, to put it succinctly, the biggest bully the world has ever seen, and despite this terribly unflattering (yet factual) characterization, there are still too many US citizens who take pride in their status as 'Americans', and in the US as 'the greatest country in the world' (a nod to the scene from Network), and who are not able (or perhaps, not willing) to see the truth of the matter: the US is a bully on the world stage, and much of what 'we' do has very little to do with 'spreading freedom and democracy around the world'. It was an apt moment in the video where you suggested searching for "Palestine" online and an image appeared that said "If you are not enraged then you are not informed" (sometimes close to those words). I am enraged, and not a single person I've talked to shares my sense of outrage over the matter. This tragic fact of my own experience reminds me of the quote often attributed to Krishnamurti, that says "It is no measure of health to be well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society." The dominant culture in the US (and presumably in the UK) is, in my opinion, a profoundly sick one. And the fact that so many people in the US fail to see (or they see, but refuse to admit) that these things are so, leaves me feeling terribly disenfranchised not merely from the dominant culture itself, but from humanity at large. Some exceptions granted, obviously. Anyway, I know, this is a long comment and not typically what people care to make time to read, much less to consider carefully. But I couldn't resist the urge to take a few moments to put my thoughts into words here. So for what it may be worth to you and to others... here it is.

Richard Harlos

Couldn't agree more (I'm also Canadian)! Dark times head for us both

Daniel C

Good luck getting the 6 corrupt right wing SCOTUS judges to *not* make an exception to that. They're already dynamiting at other inconvenient 1st Amendment bedrock such as separation of church and state.

Stephen J Hardy

Great content, as always. Thank you for all your hard work.

Joshua Robbins

Unbelievably, we are in even worse times than era of Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan era protests...Biden administration & the DNC have taken us to a crisis of Democracy, freedom of speech and thought and basic rights are under the gun, literally. Lets not forget Kent State students were murdered...now it will be legal slaughter under the Big Lie fighting "anti Semitism". Trump exposed the reality of authoritarianism living inside Capitalism..Even just being proposed, this law reveals Biden and future Presidents fear of democracy and the need to stop all dissent.

LilliaFrantinStudio@msn.com

This sounds unconstitutional. Violation of Freedom of Speech.

w101

Who's bill is this? That's a pretty disingenuous title.

sungawd

I'm writing my thesis on manufacturing consent to legitimize the actions of Israel, and it's fascinating to see the media trying so hard to minimize the situation of the Palestinians and strip us off of empathy towards them. I am so happy students, myself and my colleagues included, see right through this whole BS & choose to actively oppose.

OctaviaLivingThesis

And like the good little US bitch he is, Trudeau and the capital L Liberals of Canada will be, and are, following along.

Christopher Paul Bettridge

Stuff like this always makes me think of stories. The handmaid's tale or the nightingale, about French resistance in ww2. It's surreal to see the beginnings of it in my own world. Stories can give hope though, fictional or not. The best thing for the bad guys would be to crush our hope, so I'm gonna try to hold onto it as long as I can. Also the cover pic of Biden is creepy af

uskidsknow19

We're all screwed forever … if I wasn't taught that being a progressive must mean you have hope for the future - I'd give up and cry myself to sleep. But one day, the nasty POS will one day be defeated by the younger generation.

Amro

Obviously that there's no future.
